Cancellation prior to 3 months before arrival: free;

Cancellation prior to 1 month before arrival: 30% of the full price

Cancellation in the last month before arrival: 90% of the full price

We charge 30% of the price of the apartment as an advance payment  (Bank transfer within 10 days after booking)

Payment methods: bar, EC-Card, bank transfer
