Privacy Policy
The protection of your data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.
Contact with us
If you contact us using the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. This is a legitimate interest within the meaning of the GDPR (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). We will not pass on this data without your consent.
Further storage may take place if the processing of your data is necessary for the fulfillment of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) or for the fulfillment of a legal obligation (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR).
Bookings
We use the Easy Guest Management booking tool, which is integrated into our website via iFrame. This is provided by an Austrian provider. Within the scope of a booking, you provide relevant data for the implementation of the same. Your data will be stored in the EU. This is usually your name, e-mail address and postal address, but may also include dates of birth or other personal data. This data is only collected to the extent permitted by law and only with your consent and through your active participation. Insofar as consent is declared electronically within the scope of the services, the legal obligations to provide information are taken into account and this consent is recorded by suitable technical systems.
Server log files
Our hosting provider, based in the EU, automatically collects and temporarily stores information about access to our website, such as the browser used, operating system, referrer page, IP address, start and end of access. This is for technical reasons and therefore constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. This data cannot be assigned to a specific person without checking other data sources and we do not evaluate this data further as long as there is no illegal use of the website.
Cookies
This website only stores technically necessary session cookies. These generate random values and only remain valid until the end of the session. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR), as these cookies are required for functional reasons.
Outgoing links
If links to other websites or services are included on our website (such as Google Maps), these are designed as normal HTML links that do not transmit any data. Only when you actively click on these links is the respective target page called up and the data responsibility is transferred to the respective target page operator. However, we would like to point out that Google collects personal data.
Use of web analysis tools
In order to understand and improve the use of our website, we use the open source web analytics service "Plausible" based in Estonia. Plausible does not set any cookies, does not store any information in the browser and generally does not collect any personal data with which we could identify visitors to our website.
The following web statistical analyses are carried out: URL, HTTP referrer, browser, operating system, end device, country.
The processing is based on our legitimate interest in measuring the reach of our website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
You can find more information about "Plausible" at plausible.io/data-policy.
TLS/SSL encryption
This website uses TLS/SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of data. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that "https://" is displayed in the address line of the browser and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
Your Rights
n principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection with regard to your data processed by us. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can lodge a complaint with us (see legal notice) or the data protection authority. We will always endeavor to find a good solution to your concerns.
